Hakubai Japanese Restaurant Chef's Sashimi- Hakubai Japanese Restaurant Executive Chef Yukihiro Sato offers his guests a unique opportunity to share in the celebrated culinary tradition known as Kaiseki cuisine. Chef Sato’s interpretation of the authentic Japanese cuisine focuses on incorporating the best seasonal ingredients to create unique fare that is pleasing to the eye and palate. Kaiseki is a distinctive and delicate cuisine with roots in Zen Buddhism and the traditional Japanese tea ceremony. Enjoy a multi-course dinner served on an exquisite array of porcelain, pottery and lacquer dishware at carefully timed intervals. main dining rooms  (floor plan)  and private tatami rooms   (floor plan)  feature artwork by famed contemporary artist Tatsuya Ishiodori and Ikebana compositions. Hakubai Japanese Restaurant has been described by the New York Times as “rarefied” and “excellent.” Prices for a full Kaiseki dinner are $100, $120, $160 or $190 per person.  An a la carte menu featuring Shabu Shabu , Kobe Beef, Sushi, Sashimi , and Tempura  is also available. The sun-drench atrium is a wonderful atmosphere to greet the morning. Depending on your schedule, lunch can be either a quick or leisurely repast of salads, sandwiches, pastas or heartier entrees.  Tantalizing desserts will tempt your willpower. Flooded with light by day from skylights set in a 30-foot ceiling, the room will become more intimate yet open by night.
