Little Park
Inspired by choice ingredients and longtime partnerships with farmers and purveyors, chef Andrew Carmellini raises the bar with his hyper seasonal menu at Smyth’s on-site restaurant. Little Park’s focus is clearly on origins and specificity of everything in the place—even Carmellini’s custom North Fork IPA will give rise to bread service, made using the spent grains regained from the brewing process.
