Our exercise room has all the bases covered. Go for a cardiovascular workout on our elliptical trainers, treadmills, lifecycle bikes, rowers, and stepping machines. Focus on strength and definition on our Cybex weight-training equipment. Or practice stretching and abdominal exercises in a separate, padded area.
Group fitness is a fun way to complement your solo gym workout. Develop camaraderie with your classmates and tackle challenges together—all while pursuing a more vibrant, healthy life. Choose from a variety of small classes for all skill levels, including: Cycling/ Spinning Studio, Pilates, Sports Conditioning, & Yoga.
Squash
Whether you like to use a trainer, or sweat it out alone, the Club’s Fitness Center delivers. Have an after work function? No problem! Our locker rooms and showers make early morning and lunch power workouts a breeze. Get in the game with our two international squash courts. Let our Squash Pro John Musto help you find players at your skill level and arrange matches for you. Or take a lesson to learn the sport or improve on your game.
Yoga and Pilates
In our Wellness Studio, you’ll find that PCNY’s yoga classes and Pilates exercises and equipment will keep you feeling fit. Ann Cooley, the instructor, holds a Master Teaching Certification in mat work with a special emphasis on sport training (squash and golf). All members can attend either group or one-on-one private sessions that last from 30 to 60 minutes. The studio can help you reset your body in no time.
