Bistango
Bistango at the Kimberly is a newly opened Italian restaurant which prides itself in serving antibiotic-free meats, sustainable and responsibly sourced seafood, and seasonal and local produce. All dishes may be prepared gluten-free with care and attention. Bistango at the Kimberly’s unique ‘Bread Bar’ located at the center of the restaurant prepares their most popular menu item – gluten-free flatbreads with specialty toppings. Bistango’s beer, wine and cocktail menus are designed to complement its seasonal menu as well as cater to their gluten-sensitive clientele. Bistango is located on the lobby level of the recently renovated Kimberly Hotel and offers an intimate dining experience which is a welcome escape for guests and local business people alike from the bustling streets of Midtown Manhattan.
