PHD Terrace

A bold indoor/outdoor multi-level rooftop lounge, PHD Terrace is the new sister property to the wildly successful PHD Rooftop Lounge at Dream Downtown. Midtown’s latest hotspot will offer neighbors and visitors alike a wide variety of vibrant experiences from happy hour to a night out on the town. Similar to its downtown outpost, PHD Terrace will be a nightlife destination with rotating DJ’s, weekly parties and exclusive events. Come rain or shine, PHD Terrace is intently designed for partygoers to seamlessly flow between the outdoor deck and the indoor lounge. Located on the 15th and 16th floors, PHD Terrace is the ideal after work escape boasting a spectacular skyline view of Midtown Manhattan, home to some of the city’s most iconic buildings.

The Rickey

Aptly named after the classic cocktail, The Rickey exemplifies an energetic and inviting craft cocktail lounge, with an unconventional mixed drinks menu and a sophisticated yet accessible wine program. Conceptualized by acclaimed mixologist Johnny Swet (JIMMY at The James, The Skylark, Rogue & Canon, Café Clover), the eccentric specialty craft cocktails menu will feature only fresh ingredients delivered to the venue daily, a true farm-to-bar experience, with a rotating offering for guests to play around with flavors and tastes while highlighting seasonal produce. Playing off the history of the drink, The Rickey lounge is the perfect place for guests to indulge in an after-work craft cocktail or business meeting drinks. The cocktail den offers a unique spin on familiar cocktail flavors designed to leave guests with a nice balance of satisfaction and intrigue.
With two large flat-panel TVs, AV equipment, and 1,100 square feet of total space, it is ideal for private parties or meetings.

FISHBOWL

Bar, Lounge & Game Room. Welcome to FISHBOWL, where Midtown Manhattan meets upscale game room. Upon entering the 2,500 square foot venue guests descend a grandiose gold spiral staircase where they are greeted by a 5,000-gallon fish tank, home to over 150 exotic salt water fish, and a large exposed brick bar.

A reprieve after a long day in the office, FISHBOWL is the ideal place to watch a sporting event, host a private engagement, or bowl a round or two while enjoying your favorite beverage.
