The Carnegie Lounge

The largest event space at the Hotel Wales, the Carnegie Lounge comfortably accommodates up to 74 guests and is ideal for private social events or large meetings. The rooms’ elegant décor includes dark wood floors, beautiful lighting fixtures, classic meetings sets with Executive desk blotters and more. The Manhattan meeting space is outfitted with the latest technology from lighting to audio-visual systems and is flexible to suit any event.

Madison Room

Impress your clients in this clean, classy and sophisticated meeting room. From the marble counters, to the cream colored walls, dark wood table and leather table blotters, the Madison room exudes confidence. This room can seat up to 16 people for events and meetings. This Manhattan meeting space is equipped with the latest technology. and is perfect for Executive Board Meetings with a marble credenza for coffee break services.

Park Room

The Park Room is designed for smaller functions and meetings for up to 12 people. Enjoy a contemporary meeting space with natural lighting, marble touches, comfortable seating, a flat-screen television for presentations and much more.

The Lexington Room

The smallest of our three meeting rooms, the Lexington Room accommodates up to 10 people and offers a contemporary setting for your New York City conference. The Lexington Room is equipped with the latest technology and offers comfortable seating, a flat-screen television for presentations, stylish décor and more.

Rooftop Terrace

Treat your guests to unsurpassed views of Central Park and the NYC skyline on our seasonal Rooftop Terrace. Catch some urban rays on this beautifully landscaped outdoor event space, ideal for many different functions. The Rooftop Terrace is outfitted with teak benches, market umbrellas and more. The rooftop terrace is the perfect place for guests to relax and enjoy magnificent views. It is also available to rent for private events through the sales office.
