The 2,000 square feet of interior space rests on the top two floors of the building. The 12th floor includes a Technogym® fitness center, media nook and intimate areas for socializing, impromptu business meetings, or catching up on email. A floating steel and glass staircase leads up to a.13, a sophisticated retreat with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of Times Square. Lustrous Venetian plaster walls surround a centerpiece conference table and bar area offering a unique gathering spot.
