HUDSON COMMON
Located at Hudson, a New York City boutique hotel, Hudson Common is a modern-day beer hall and burger joint featuring a wide selection of local craft beers, inventive preparations of classic American fare, and soda shop-inspired specialty cocktails. The menu focuses on classic “Common” and unconventional “Uncommon” interpretations of burgers, sandwiches and fries, prepared with market fresh ingredients, and the beverage program is anchored by 16 taps, pouring the best locally brewed beers from Brooklyn, Long Island, the Hudson Valley, Southampton, and Pennsylvania. For spring and summer, Hudson Common’s oversized glass doors will unfold into a grass-strewn patio, adorned with oversized planters, picnic tables, and strings of flashbulbs illuminating overhead. PRIVATE PARK
In the heart of Hudson’s elevated lobby is an enchanting Private Park with an inspired assortment of antique and modern garden furniture. Outfitted with a glass roof, this 1200 square foot space is Hudson’s own microcosm of Central Park.
This season, Private Park introduces a summer with Veuve Clicquot. The collaboration will feature an outdoor champagne + raw bar opening on June 9, 2017. Weekday service will be available from 4PM – 9:30PM and weekend hours will extend from 12PM – 8PM. The cocktail menu will feature the finest rosé and champagne by the glass and bottle, with a selection of refreshing summer cocktails. Our talented Chef has sourced local clams and oysters for the raw bar, which will also include a fresh crab and tuna salad.
