DeLucie brings regional dishes to life using experiences from his travels. As a tribute to the complex and bold flavors of Argentina, he prepares food over a wood-burning open grill. The menu offers inspired favorites guided by New York’s local green markets and specialty butcher cuts. Designed by Meg Sharpe Interiors, Bedford & Co. takes its cue from the wood-burning grill, featuring beautiful wood flooring and poured concrete. The long bar is made with antique mirror and warm-veined marble components. Copper and leather panel accents speak to beautiful custom lighting, and the fabric palette nods to the rustic.
