The hotel may receive guest packages prior to arrival. The package can only be accepted 48 hours or less prior to arrival due to limited storage space. Maximum package size is 36” x 24” x 24”, and guest name and arrival date must be indicated. Maximum two boxes per room may be stored, additional packages will be charged $5 per item. Boxes that are received more than 48 hours prior to arrival, or that are larger than the maximum may be turned away or may incur a $25 storage fee.
